Syntax’s outsourced infrastructure monitoring and management service helps our customers to increase the performance and availability of systems, without losing control or visibility of their IT infrastructure. The server management framework has been developed through the combination of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice, ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems and world class management technology to provide a high quality, best practice solution.
Server performance and availability management is provided through the use of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, and service reporting is provided through our web-based portal, Syntax Incident Manager (SIM), which provides full details of all management activities undertaken, showing the status, owner, completion time and performance against each tailored SLA.
Infrastructure can be managed at customer premises or at the Syntax Tier 3 Data Centre in central London.
