The SyntaxOne appliance is a custom built solution, using a combination of industry leading IT infrastructure management  technologies.  The appliance is used to assist with the management of IT infrastructure at a customer site, and it invokes a secure connection to our central console  for monitoring and alerting to help identify any potential issues before they can affect the health of systems.

The appliance also enables automation of server and desktop routine administration tasks, and provides real-time system information to reduce management complexity and improve system availability.  This includes:
