Management Service

Our IT Asset & Hardware Inventory Management Service provides a detailed up-to-date view of your IT assets and which staff member is using them.

The service also tracks and reports changes, such as any hardware that has been installed or removed, software that has been added or deleted, along with the version and the date when it occurred.

It closely integrates with our incident management system, and our ServiceDesk team will have immediate access to all the details of the PC or laptop that you or a staff member are having issue with (including any recent changes to the hardware or software).

  • Details of the PC or laptop including manufacturer, model, serial number, BIOS version, processor, memory, etc.
  • Storage information including drive types (hard disk or SSD), capacity, and free space
  • Operating System version and installed service packs
  • Installed application software and details of the version
  • Information about attached devices such as monitors or printers (including manufacturer and model)

IT Hardware and Software Management

It provides details of both the hardware and software installed, including:

  • Up to date view of which staff have which device, this includes the manufacturer, model, serial number, and computer name
  • Details of PCs or laptops that may require an upgrade, this includes processer information, memory, if it has a hard disk or SSD, and free space
  • Details of software installed and the associated version. This report is particularly useful with applications such as
  • Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Project, etc. that are costly and may be able to be re-assigned rather than purchasing a new copy

These reports can be provided on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
