Service Desk Dashboard

The ServiceDesk Dashboard provides a single interface for all the other service management processes, i.e. CRM, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management, Release and Deployment. This enables us to track all progress in a single application.

We adopted ITIL best practice to improve the quality of our outsourced IT services whilst improving efficiency. We exerted a great deal of effort designing and developing from first principles those processes and functions required to best achieve our goals.

  • Standardisation – increase of resource flexibility allowing to shift people between projects and tasks, increased accuracy of reporting and creation of a repetitive process
  • Efficiency – decrease of ticket creation times, training time, automation of manual repetitive tasks and decrease of unnecessary incoming and outgoing contacts

All requirements received by the ServiceDesk IT help desk are recorded in Autotask. A Service Ticket can be submitted through the Client Portal in the form of a template, by telephone or via email.
