London, 27th November 2002 – Syntax Integration has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in recognition of its internal quality management systems.
The ISO 9000 series of international quality management standards is universally regarded as synonymous with quality assurance, good business practice and legal compliance, and the ISO accreditation can only be awarded after rigorous third party assessment by a recognised certification body.
Commenting on the recent award, Ayman Al-Och, Managing Director of Syntax stated “our ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT accreditations demonstrate our commitment to quality and pay tribute to our stringent quality control procedures”.
Angela Gordon, Quality Manager, added: “Syntax first achieved both the ISO9002 and TickIT certifications in 1996. Since then we have been committed to seeking constant improvement in our business processes, and the ongoing scrutiny and review of all our internal procedures has ensured their succession to the set of world class quality management practices in place today”.
