Our ServiceDesk Technical Consultants are degree qualified, Microsoft Certified and have at least five years’ enterprise IT support experience. ServiceDesk staff are equipped with excellent customer service skills, unrivalled efficiency in handling issues, a strong understanding of the business environment, and the ability to to work with clients with high expectation levels.

Said Sayyar

Said manages Syntax’s technical and infrastructure initiatives in support of its wide range of clients.

Said’s broad in-depth technical skill set has been gained across almost 30 years in the financial and media industry sectors.

A Microsoft and Thin Client systems specialist, Said has extensive experience in integration, technical project management, design, deployment, migration and maintaining integrated Microsoft-based solutions in heterogeneous and hybrid environments. These include Microsoft messaging, Office 365, virtualisation, Storage Area Network, risk, regulatory and compliance.

Kevin Marsden

Kevin draws on his 20 years’ experience in IT to build strong, effective and long-term relationships with clients.

Approaching client challenges in a consultative and strategic way, Kevin takes into account the technical, business and process aspects of client requirements and translates these into IT solutions that fulfil the immediate need as well as enabling flexibility and scalability in the future.

Encompassing enterprise level infrastructure projects and complex outsourcing solutions, Kevin’s experience includes infrastructure, virtualisation, migration, office/company setup, cloud (Office 365, public, private, and hybrid), managed services and resourcing.

Delia Busuioc

With experience spanning almost ten years of technical and service desk leadership, Delia manages Syntax’s service delivery across a broad range of clients.

As well as day to day management of the service and support teams, Delia drives a continuous process of service delivery improvement through application of the ITIL methodology and monitoring and management of service levels.

Recognising that service needs to be aligned to business need, Delia ensures that reporting of services is timely, appropriate and supportive of clients’ needs.
