Ayman Al-Och – Managing Director
Ayman is one of the founder Directors of Syntax and started his career in 1981 in the IT services industry. Ayman is responsible for overseeing all company operations and ensuring that consistent quality service is delivered to our customers. He is also responsible for managing the financial and legal aspects and ensuring that the company achieves its financial and long-term goals.
Tim Parker – Director
Tim is one of the founder Directors of Syntax and has over 30-years of experience in the IT services industry, mainly managing enterprise-scale customers, commercial tenders and framework agreements. He is responsible for vendor accreditations, and in particular Syntax’s long-term partnership with Microsoft. Tim also manages the company marketing activities and the relationships of a variety of customers.
Craig Walls – Chief Enterprise Architect
Craig has over 28-years of experience in the technical design and delivery of large-scale, complex, global enterprise projects. He has worked in the banking, finance and automotive industries as well as some well-known large global brands. Craig is responsible for developing designs and solutions using the latest cloud technologies.
Kevin Marsden – Sales and Client Manager
Kevin has over 30-years’ experience working in the IT sector, with over half of this working at Syntax. Building on a substantial technical grounding he focuses on developing bespoke support and project solutions for new and existing clients. He has experience helping and understanding both enterprise and smaller high-profile companies in the finance, energy, professional services, and other sectors.
Delia Busuioc – Service Delivery and Operations Manager
Delia has over 15-years’ experience in IT Service Management, with over eight years working at Syntax. Delia is an ITIL practitioner and manages both the ServiceDesk and Projects teams. With a focus on Continual Service Improvement and quality management, she leads and manages the teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Natasha King – Financial Controller
Natasha has over 30-year of experience in Finance roles in the IT and Telecoms industries with almost 20-years’ working at Syntax. Natasha has overall responsibility for the Finance department including accounting, reporting, budgeting and insurance management.
